How to make my customers/leads stay a longer period of time
Every business or company's goal is to get customers or leads. That means no customer(s)/lead(s) no money for the company. In this post, I assume you have customers/leads in your email list. Kindly let me know if you do not know what leads are. Do you know some of the reasons why most customers/leads unsubscribe your email campaigns or newsletters?
a. It could be the same email all the time
b. No Convincing messages
c. Inconsistency in giving the emails or newsletters
d. Sending emails to them every day (making them feel boring all the time whenever they see your emails)
e. Emails filled with many links
Hmm, almost every business or company does at least one of the above listed. Do you know one of the effective ways to make your customers/leads stay longer? Let me show you.
I call it live engagement. Live engagement can be created by designing the best environment for your customers/leads . How do you create such live engagement?
It is through the creation of a community.
A community?
What is a community?
A community is a group of people connected by shared characteristics, experiences, interests, goals, or geography, who interact, support one another, and cultivate a sense of belonging.
Here are some key elements of a community:
a. Shared Identity or Purpose
  • Members identify with common traits (e.g., culture, values, hobbies, beliefs, or location).
b. Interaction and Relationships
  • Regular communication, collaboration, or mutual support.
c. Sense of Belonging
  • Emotional connection where members feel accepted and valued.
d. Collective Action
  • Working together toward common goals (e.g., solving problems or celebrating traditions).
