A few years ago, I weighed over 300 pounds and knew I had to make a change. Through consistent training, better nutrition, and sustainable habits, I've lost over 80 pounds while building muscle and creating a lifestyle I can actually maintain.
I didn't want to give up the foods I love, so I learned how to make simple swaps that increased protein, lowered calories, and helped me stay on track while still enjoying what I eat.
I'm not a professional bodybuilder or someone who spends all day in the gym. I work a full-time job, have a long commute, and am also a part-time real estate agent and investor.
Inside you'll find my workout programs, grocery lists, recipes, fat loss strategies, progress tracking, challenges, and a community built around support and accountability.
