It’s kind of crazy that today is Sunday and also the start of a new month. Happy February!
What a wild ride it has been and what a great start to the year. As this Sunday gets started, I want to share with you guys that my mindset going forward is being held accountable by you guys and also me holding you guys accountable. That’s what community is.
Looking forward, every morning we will be posting in this chat either a photo of you moving, a photo of you eating a healthy meal, working out, or whatever your morning routine is. I want us to ALL get better. Build together, move together, GROW together.
