I'm a mom of four (including twins) who lost 55 lbs, and I know what it's like to keep starting over every time you "mess up."
For years, I thought I needed to become more restrictive, eat less, work out harder, or wait for life to calm down before I could finally be consistent. But the real problem wasn't my diet.
It was believing I had to be perfect to make progress.
And I don't want that for you. I don't want you thinking one dinner out means you've ruined everything. I don't want you feeling like one missed workout means you have to start over on Monday. And I definitely don't want you spending another year waiting for the perfect time to work on yourself. Because there is no perfect time in motherhood.
Most moms don't need another diet.
They need support, accountability, and a simple plan they can take action on, even on the messy, chaotic days.
Our mission is simple: Help moms stop quitting on themselves and become the woman who follows through.
