Domain issues

So i think im missing out on this contest due to not getting my domain working with site. My godaddy domain ascendadvantage-marketing.com after 8 hrs still wouldn't verify so I purchased ascendadvantagestudio.com and made all the changes to my sites and social networks and Buildy still isn't verifying it. I purchased directly cause I thought it would go smothly. I still don't have a site online. Please help.
