Honest Truth
Technical jargon is earthquake material for me. The minute someone starts talking about complicated back-end systems, integrations, code, plug-ins, widgets, and whatever else lives in the mysterious tech cupboard, I want to dive under my desk and wait until it is safe to come out.
I had no coding experience.
No desire to spend weeks learning systems that made my brain ask for annual leave.
And absolutely no interest in being buried under technical language when all I really wanted to do was build something that would help people navigate the Health system.
This is a problem I am positive others have experienced and WHY we need to address it with potential customers and people we wish to collaborate with
