Anyone else having this problem?

Is anyone else having problems with the new buidly.ai site? My URL is working fine on my browser, but it won’t appear on the buildy.ai site. I have the message “Connection closed.” I have spent 3 hours with buildy trying to restore it. The last message buildy sent said: “Check if other buildy.ai apps are working - this will help determine if it's a platform-wide issue.” So I ask if anyone else is having the same problems. Thank you in anticipation.
