If It Happens Twice, Document It
One of the biggest lessons I learned building Stallion:
If You Repeat It, It Becomes a System
If the same task, problem, question, mistake, customer issue, or process happens more than once, it probably needs a system.
One of the easiest ways to start systemizing your business is to watch for repetition.
If you answer the same customer question repeatedly, write a saved reply.
If you explain the same process repeatedly, record a short video.
If a task happens every week, make a checklist.
If a team member keeps making the same mistake, create a simple SOP.
If customers are confused at the same point, improve the instructions.
Systems do not have to be complicated.
A system can be a checklist, script, form, template, video, or rule.
Question:
What is one thing you repeat that should become a system and be documented?
