Your channel doesn’t grow because of uploads.
It grows because of retention moments.
Before publishing any faceless video, I ask one question:
👉 “Where will viewers almost click away?”
Then I fix only that part:
A stronger hook in the first 5–10 seconds
Faster pacing at the 30–60s mark
A curiosity reset around 1:30
Do this, and even an average idea can outperform a “viral” one.
Automation isn’t about posting more.
It’s about engineering watch time.
