Community Rules & Mindset for Building It Now
This group is about building, not just talking. Lots of people have ideas, but most never do anything with them. The point here is to take action, share your progress, and keep moving.
Our Rules
- Respect others. No spam, no trolling.
- Share your own work and lessons. Do not share someone else’s without permission.
- Keep it legal. No collusion, no price fixing, no sensitive financials.
- The group is for support and learning. Your results are your responsibility.
- Break the rules and you may lose access.
On Sharing Ideas
Worried someone will “steal” your idea? Think about it:
- You are not the first person to think of it, and probably not the first to try it.
- Execution beats ideas every single time. Even if someone copied you word for word, the outcomes would still be different.
- There are thousands of lawn care companies. New ones start daily. They compete and coexist.
- Steve Jobs openly talked with others doing similar work. The only thing he avoided was collusion and pricing talk.
- Even big companies overlap. Spotify competes with Apple. Countless businesses succeed without being the top dog.
This community is here to help you do something with your ideas. Sharing them makes you more likely to execute, not less.
