Why Athletes Become Coaches
As simple as it may sound, there is always a reason for everyone’s decision. Athletes become coaches because they know game they once played in, they understand how athletes feel and they still love the drive of winning or chasing a win.
Now, for us, in this program. We are to use that same approach but in our daily lives. Whether you’re businessman that needs that extra push to workout in the morning, knowing that you have major meeting in the afternoon. You will wake up early and with the focus to train your body to build dopamine and confidence to start your day. Then you will take on your meeting to get secure a deal that will change you and your family life for the better.
The same goes for the stay at home moms. You do everything you can and more to keep the house intact, the children are at school or nursery and even some cases at home with you. Although, you’re not traveling for work, the work you do at home is very much so impressive but you must continue to work on yourself. So you find time at the end of your day to dial in yourself, no distractions, only your physical strength and mental toughness to be the best mother, wife and most importantly, the woman you must be. So as an athlete you are, you take on the role of being a team player with honor but when it’s your time to score, deliver and take care of yourself.
And that’s in this program, we will train like athletes while thinking like a coach because without them two; there is no team. Let’s go win!
