Taikokyu question
I'm currently working through the 30-day Taikokyu challenge. I noticed on one session Take Sensei commented he may travel with an Obi instead of a Nobi-bo. Are there any recorded sessions where he goes through a Taikokyu sequence with an Obi instead of Nobi-bo? It seems one could swap them easily enough, but I was wondering if he had any insight to adapting postures or sequences with an Obi as a stretching aide. Thanks!
