Introduction + High T but Low Free T
Hey guys I am Björn and live in Munich. I tested my testosterone this year and it came back at 952 ng/dl but my free testosterone was pretty low. I want to increase my free testosterone till the end of the year and improve my anxiety, muscle mass, confidence and motivation. My blood work was also very high in ferritin and iron and also very low copper and ceruloplasmin. I think this is causing my low free testosterone. Introduction
Hi guys, my name is jakub, i live in Prague (Czechia). Im 18 and i joined the brotherhood to help me reduce stress and anxiety, also to improve my metabolic health and testosterone. In my free time i lift weights and train mma. I am glad to be part of this community.

HI BROTHERS! I'm going to start soon working at night( 9pm - 4am CEST).🚀 Do you have any more recommedations to struggle less in the process? 🙏 I usually go to sleep at midnight (CEST) on average. I googled "tips to sleep during daytime" and I found stuff like: -using sunglasses during daytime -having a consistent sleeping routine. I was thinking setting that up from 10 am till 6pm -sleeping mask, dark room, earplugs, mouth strips -taking a melatonin supplement? -avoiding caffeine during the day What do you think and add to this?🤔 #pickyourcross#sacrificeforabetterfuture
