HI BROTHERS! I'm going to start soon working at night( 9pm - 4am CEST).🚀 Do you have any more recommedations to struggle less in the process? 🙏 I usually go to sleep at midnight (CEST) on average. I googled "tips to sleep during daytime" and I found stuff like: -using sunglasses during daytime -having a consistent sleeping routine. I was thinking setting that up from 10 am till 6pm -sleeping mask, dark room, earplugs, mouth strips -taking a melatonin supplement? -avoiding caffeine during the day What do you think and add to this?🤔 #pickyourcross#sacrificeforabetterfuture
