Hi guys, my name is Grétar, 36 years old from Iceland. About a year ago I found out that my testosterone was too low. I've been doing pretty well since then with a healthy diet and exercise. I am here to learn more and I am glad I found this community.

Hi guys, my name is jakub, i live in Prague (Czechia). Im 18 and i joined the brotherhood to help me reduce stress and anxiety, also to improve my metabolic health and testosterone. In my free time i lift weights and train mma. I am glad to be part of this community.

Night shifters tips🌙
HI BROTHERS! I'm going to start soon working at night( 9pm - 4am CEST).🚀 Do you have any more recommedations to struggle less in the process? 🙏 I usually go to sleep at midnight (CEST) on average. I googled "tips to sleep during daytime" and I found stuff like: -using sunglasses during daytime -having a consistent sleeping routine. I was thinking setting that up from 10 am till 6pm -sleeping mask, dark room, earplugs, mouth strips -taking a melatonin supplement? -avoiding caffeine during the day What do you think and add to this?🤔 #pickyourcross#sacrificeforabetterfuture
