Yo so basically ever since I started taking care of myself and not playing video games all day and using my phone so much, if come to a realization; I have nothing to do. My family doesn’t go out often and my day is comprised of, waking up, washing my hands face, brushing my teeth, going outside for about half an hour, eating, going for a walk, doing light calisthenics, depending on if I have gym that day, go to the gym, eventually eat lunch and then dinner, I try to fill the gaps with talking to my siblings, research and if I have any plans, doing that, but otherwise, I’m kind of down to just staring at the ceiling the rest of the day and it’s gotten kind of boring so I’m just wondering what do people do all day. If you have any good recommendations that sort of tie in with the whole bettering myself as a person I’d appreciate it. Thank you
