Do People Know What You Actually Need?
Do the people in your life know what you actually need from them — or do you expect them to figure it out?
Most men were never taught to ask for what they need. So they don't. And then they resent people for not giving it.
If you've never told your partner, your friends, or your family what you actually need from them — they're guessing. And they're probably guessing wrong.
