This challenge was developed by Hybriona Technologies and is specifically designed to help you build and sharpen your reconnaissance muscles.

The challenge relies entirely on OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), which is just a legal way of using publicly available data across the internet to track down information or in this case: THE ANSWER.

This is pure digital detective work, so use the internet wisely.
