Sunday night secrets…
I’ve found one of the keys to success is PREPARATION
It’s probably no shocker to you…you’ve heard it before…because ultimately IT’S TRUE
Preparation is not really “hard” in and of itself, it just isn’t very exciting or “sexy” (sometimes even boring!), and it takes a bit of mental effort to overcome that initial inertia or resistance
But it really is the difference maker
So on a Sunday night, as you wind down your weekend and look to the week to come, it’s the perfect time to do just that…prepare
Prepare your schedule for the week, hour by hour even
Prepare your meals for the week or at least the next few days
Prepare your workout outfit/gear & training plan for the entire week, including your strength training, conditioning (cardio) & mobility/flexibility work (stretching)
Prepare your mindset including brain entrainment session (brain wave training)…to be discussed more later (to be continued…😉)
Prepare for the times you spend 1-on-1 with your kid(s) or spouse
And more…
We could go on and on but let’s focus on these core aspects, and remember that it could be done in as few as 6 minutes (my famous approach;), and certainly everything in under 1 hr
And it will be SO much more valuable for you than if you bypassed it and didn’t prepare or try to do a half- hearted effort on it during your busy & demanding Monday
So go do it! Take a few minutes to prep for the coming week…you won’t regret it!👍💪🚀
