This community offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and gain practical tools that help you feel grounded, informed, and confident during this life transition.
Participants gain tools to manage mood changes, brain fog, sleep challenges, and hot flashes, while developing a personalized Menopause Recovery Action Plan aligned with their needs and values. Weekly sessions are rooted in hope, self-determination, and empowerment, with opportunities for reflection, discussion, and learning in a compassionate community setting.
