The three opening principles may be all you need for this tracker to be effective.
Let's take principle 1 - Seeing the Evidence. This is based on the premise that if you want a different results experience, you must begin to believe and perceive differently than you have up to this point.
This is ancient wisdom and modern neurobiology all in one.
Since we are wired with a negative bias, this can be a tricky one to ground in as natural. And of course, practice makes perfect.
Ritual is everything here - sitting down at some point of the day (the end is best) and simply asking the question "What are 3 - 10 pieces of evidence that my goal/vision/desire is already done/accomplished/fulfilled?" Doing this daily is super powerful, and I admit, I fall off the wagon easily with this one because I'm a seasoned self-critic. But I know the power of consistency is everything.
You get in life what you believe you can have — not necessarily what you want. So grounding this in with tracking, planning and awareness is a game-changer.
What is your personal variation of the question or way of 'seeing the evidence'?
