About the Visionary – Dr. Rosalind “Coach Roz” Willis
In the ICU room after suffering a massive stroke, God gave Coach Roz what she calls “Blueprints from Heaven.” In that sacred moment, God spoke the mandate that has guided her life ever since: "Go get My daughters. When you heal the woman, you heal the house.”
For the past 11 years, she has been obediently fulfilling that assignment—reaching women across the world, creating safe spaces for healing, sisterhood, empowerment, and purpose.
Out of this movement, she birthed the BPMI Leadership & Life coaching Institute, where she:
- Certifies and trains Life Coaches
- Provides ministry licenses and ordinations
- Equips men and women for ministry outreach, leadership, and global impact
BPMI stands for Birthing Process Ministries International, the ministry God birthed through her 30 years ago a ministry focused on deliverance, purpose, transformation, and raising up warriors for the Kingdom.
