1️⃣ Begin the “Beginner Boxing Foundations” Course
This course is unlocked right away for everyone.
Start with:
  • Stance & Guard
  • Footwork Basics
  • Jab fundamentals
You can go at your own pace.
2️⃣ Introduce Yourself in Community Hangout
Make a quick post:
  • Where you train (gym or home)
  • Your goals in boxing
  • What you struggle with the most
  • How long you’ve been training
This helps everyone connect and gets you seen quickly.
3️⃣ Hit Level 1 to Unlock Technique & Form Fixes
You get XP when others like your posts/comments.
To hit Level 1 fast:
  • Post your intro
  • Leave a comment on someone else’s post
  • Like a few posts
Level 1 unlocks the Technique & Form Fixes course.
4️⃣ Hit Level 2 to Unlock Training Plans & Weekly Drills
Once you reach Level 2, you’ll unlock:
  • Weekly combos
  • Bag work plans
  • Conditioning circuits
  • Shadowboxing routines
This is where the real training structure begins.
5️⃣ Optional: Post a 10–20 Second Shadowboxing Clip
Not required, but HIGHLY helpful.You’ll get:
  • Feedback
  • XP
  • Faster unlocks
  • Better technique
Just record a short clip and post in Technique Feedback.
