Heyyy ladiesss. Welcome to Boxing.
I know combat sports like these can be very daunting for beginners, especially for girls and women in such a male dominated space.
I was there once too.
So, I'm hoping this course can give ladies the confidence to seek more knowledge about this fun, effective and very useful sport.
To start off with, ntroduce yourself and show me where your gyms going to be, whether that's in your living room or at an oval or gym.
