I feel safe being who I truly am
For a long time, we learned to hold parts of ourselves back,
to stay quiet, to fit in to be what was expected.
But we are not here to become smaller.
We are here to be all that we are.
Soft and strong, calm and powerful, growing and becoming.
There is nothing within us that needs to be hidden.
We are allowed to take up space, to feel deeply, to show up as we are.
And in that space,
we begin to feel something new.
Safety, within ourselves.
