Fall is not the season to call these businesses…
In five hours of cold calling today I was able to have a lot of great conversations with business owners and gate keepers alike.
The kitchen and bath remodelers gave me some great insight into their industry.
They are staked full of jobs “for the rest of the season”. Apparently all the homeowners want their kitchens and bath jobs to be completed before the holidays.
I guess that makes sense.
The remodelers take off November 15th into Jan and Feb and start to ramp up again in the new year.
These companies are also staked heavy with gatekeepers as their profit margins are much higher than some other solopreneur skills.
So heres a short list of remodelers to stay away from this fall.

- Bath remodelers
- Basement remodelers
