Monday Reset: Clarity, Rest & Wellbeing Before Christmas

I was talking to a friend last night - we agreed that our brains are fried and it’s time to take a step back.
As we get closer to Christmas, things get louder, more messages, more to-dos, more expectations.
So today we’re choosing something different:
Wellbeing first. Clarity second. Business third.
Because you can’t build boldly from an empty tank.
The 10-Minute Reset (do this today)
1️⃣ Breathe + reset your nervous system:
Take 5 slow breaths. Shoulders down. Jaw unclench.
2️⃣ Brain dump (2 minutes):
Write everything on your mind—don’t organize it, just unload it.
3️⃣ Pick your “Top 3” for the week:
Only three. Not 23.
✅ One business priority
✅ One home/family priority
✅ One you/health priority
4️⃣ Choose one rest boundary:
Examples:
• No messages after ___
• One full evening off
• One hour of quiet time
• No guilt for saying “not today”
✨ Mantra for the week
Rest is productive. Clarity is power. I build better when I’m well.
