And finally, number six: Tempo.
The more the muscle is under tension, the more metabolic stress you create. Time under tension is important, especially on the negative—the eccentric—portion of the movement. But honestly? Tempo is a refinement tool. It is probably the least important thing on this list. Just keep control of the weight and don't overcomplicate it.
