What was your choice for today's workout friends?? I'm stoked to hear.
I did the warmup twice with my morning clients and have been on zoom calls and hanging with my daughter (who refused to go to school) and Elisa since. Since I trained 2x yesterday I was really hungry so I ate two big bowls of shredded tamari ginger chicken over rice with butter.
After I go pickup Nova from school, my intention is to get a bit of intentional movement for myself but idk what it will be yet! More soon.
