Hey guys checking in here. Just want to let y’all know that I’ve been shooting the D and E workout in small pieces but haven’t had time to splice em all together yet.
I had a professional emergency come up. Long story that I will share about soon…but it’s got me in a flight state and I have to jam and make things happen right now. I want to continue out training sessions and would love to look at next week for a drop back in, schedule poll to see who would like to continue a weekly workout, when, and move forward then.
Will you please indicate an ideal time and day next week that you would want to drop in and train, check in and plan? 90 minutes, no charge. Videos will be to you Friday at the latest.
