Game Prop Modeling in Blender! - Course?

Hey! I want to make a fun course on modeling game props - simple, boxy things for this round, but maybe in future offerings, make it more complex.

Was thinking it could go over the basics of modeling, texturing, etc.

Then we could do a few projects together...

Was thinking low poly modeling projects like:

Mug and Plate

Old Book

Ammo Box

Potion bottle

Crate

Treasure Chest

What do you think? Interested? Any feedback or ideas on how to make it better?
