How We Train with IBD
Training with IBD isn’t about doing less.
It’s about doing what makes sense.
In this section, we talk about how to adjust training based on how your body feels — not based on ego or comparison.
Some days you push. Some days you pivot. Some days recovery is the win.
You’ll see discussions around:
• Training during flares
• Managing fatigue
• Volume vs intensity
• When to recover and take care of yourself
• When to step on the gas
The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is long-term consistency.
We all have IBD here, so I know we all have had our patience tested immensely. This is the same way. We need to accept that things are not as easy for us and will take time, but with the right habits and consistency, we can still push ourselves towards our goals.
If you have a training question, drop it here. If something worked for you this week, share it. I started this group, but I am also learning as I go myself.
We learn faster together.
