I'm a real estate broker and urban planner located in Houston, TX. I am primarily focused on neighborhood stabilization through corridor revitalization and housing choice. Looking to begin leveraging AI to steady day to day operations as well as support me in lead generation. The scope of my customer is broad fairly broad. I'm looking for real estate agents, but also will be looking to use ai to engage property owners, buyers, builders/developers, and agencies.
