A Ripe Opportunity…
Oprah was fired from her first TV job.
She was told:
“You’re too emotional.
You’re not fit for television.”
By industry standards, that was a career failure.
What the industry misread was this:
- Her emotion was connection
- Her empathy was authority
- Her voice wasn’t broken — it was early
Instead of changing herself to fit the system, she found (and later built) a system that fit her.
The result:
- 25-year talk show dominance
- First Black female billionaire
- Global cultural and spiritual influence
Key Insight
Every mistake, every flaw, every weakness…
It’s a ripe opportunity to create a solution…
to make an improvement…
to become stronger!
