Here’s the schedule I plan to test. Once I’ve tried it out for real, I’ll adjust it as needed.
🖋️ MONDAY — Writing
→ 2 Reel scripts
→ 1 YouTube video script (including an excerpt for a 3rd Reel)
→ 3 story drafts (including 1 to announce the YouTube video)→ Publish Story 1/3
🎥 TUESDAY — Filming + Editing Reels
→ Batch filming: 2 Reels + shots for the YouTube video
→ Edit the 2 Reels
→ Publish Reel 1/3
🎬 WEDNESDAY — YouTube Video Editing
→ Full editing of the YouTube video
→ Create the Reel from the video excerpt
📲 THURSDAY — YouTube Publication
→ Publish the YouTube video
→ Publish Reel 2/3 (from YT excerpt)
→ Publish Story 2/3 (YouTube video announcement)
📊 FRIDAY — Re-engagement
→ Publish Reel 3/3
📢 SATURDAY — Cycle wrap-up
→ Publish Story 3/3
