Today I tested out a 5-minute version of my "signature" workshop in another Skool community. The workshop title is Healing without Sugar. It went well and so far I have two invites to give the workshop to their communities.
This weekend, I plan on getting a solid draft of the workshop done so I'm ready for content work on Monday. Feeling good about the next steps.
Side note: When I have present my offer to help people reduce their sugar intake, often people say they should eat less sugar but the urgency is not there naturally. This angle seems to resonant with people. It is less personal in that I'm not saying they are doing something "wrong" or need to be fixed. Also people know they are going to get sick at some point and are invested in how to get better faster. After the talk people were asking for recipes and other tips. I think it is a good sign.
