Why Vapi?
Ghl added outbound voice agents so it would make more sense now to have everything in one place, I also thinkit woul dbe easier to setup.
In the past I was not using VAPI but Retell (similar), but I am considering dropping them.
Is there something you cannot do with outbound agents that you can do with VAPI?
