AI + Human Connection = Closed Deals
I've been preaching how AI combined with a human element is the secret hack that makes AI work instead of making people say F you I hate AI! \
This is a perfect example.
A car dealership lead came in, FB messenger AI engaged with them then passed them over to SMS once the phone number was provided.
From there, the live transfer bot took over and transferred them to a human.
To make it even more personable, the bot "followed up" with the lead to make sure the transfer was successful and the person they were transferred to helped them out.
At first it was just a theory. Now my systems have conducted over 3,000 live transfers from AI to a human.
It works better than anything I've seen.
