The biggest mistake I see with peptide stacks
Most people think optimization = adding more compounds.
In reality, it’s the opposite.
You’ll see stacks like:
  • BPC-157
  • TB-500
  • GHK-Cu
All with good intentions recovery, healing, skin, etc.
But without understanding:
  • which pathways overlap
  • where effects are redundant
  • how timing changes outcomes
…it turns into stacking for the sake of stacking.
The real skill isn’t adding more.
It’s knowing what not to combine what actually complements each other
Quick question for everyone:
Have you ever simplified a stack and actually gotten better results? What changed?
