Focus:Helping your Skool actually function day to day.
Launching:

- Resource library templates
- Naming and organization examples
- Content structure variations
- Additional copy placeholders
This is when Skool Template Studio starts to feel very useful.
✨ Q3 — Programs + Challenges Phase
Focus: Supporting active communities, not just static ones.
Launching:
- Challenge templates(5, 7, 14, 28 day formats)
- Program and cohort layouts
- Check-in and progress templates
- Wins and feedback layouts
This is also when:
- the library reaches critical mass
- paid access is introduced
- founding pricing is locked in
✨ Q4 — Expansion + Refinement Phase
Focus: Depth, polish, and optional extras.
Launching:
- Template variations and refinements
- Niche-specific examples
- Bonus packs and add-ons
- Improved library organization
