âś… What We Can Do When Selling On Ebay.
1. Only Sell Products You Can Get Tracking For
This is rule number one.
If the supplier (like Home Bargains) doesn’t provide trackable delivery — don’t list it on eBay.
👉 Instead:
Use suppliers that provide tracking numbers, e.g.
Amazon (with Prime)
AliExpress (with ePacket or tracked delivery)
CJ Dropshipping, Spocket, Zendrop, BigBuy, Avasam, etc.
These all provide trackable shipping compatible with eBay.
2. Use a Reliable UK Dropshipping Supplier
Here are a few UK-friendly suppliers that integrate with eBay and offer tracking:

3. If You Continue Manual Dropshipping
If you still want to manually fulfill orders:
Keep physical proof (photo of parcel label, delivery email screenshot, etc.).
Use suppliers that email you a tracking code after dispatch (some UK retailers do).
Avoid “Click & Collect” or in-store-only items — those have no tracking.
Consider buying a few popular items in bulk and shipping them yourself via Evri or Royal Mail Tracked — that way, you can provide your own tracking.
4. How to Handle Current Buyers Claiming “Item Not Received”
If it’s too late and they already opened a case:
Send eBay proof of dispatch (screenshot of Home Bargains confirmation email, invoice, delivery confirmation).
Even if it’s not tracked, it shows good faith.
If you lose the case, block that buyer to avoid future scams.
