Squatters
It will be interesting to see what the MD legislature does about Squatters in this year's General Assembly. Until then, I saw this on the news tonight and figured I'd pass on the link below. $7500 was paid to the Squatter to leave AFTER the police were called and could do nothing. Any thoughts on what you can do if you have a vacant property but want to keep them out? Legal thoughts only please 🤣
