Does anyone have contractor recommendations in Washington DC ?
Hello all,
My boss just bought a flip property in dc and we were quoted close to $300,000 for a full rehab. We are looking for something closer to $200,000. Can anyone recommend a contractor by any chance?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance for your help!
