*I was born and raised in Glen Burnie which is 15 minutes south of Baltimore City
*Been a member of the church my Grandfather established in West Baltimore - all my life
*Pastoring that same church for the last 19 years in Harlem Park - 21223
*Did my undergrad at University of Baltimore which is in 21201 - Station North Neighborhood
*Worked at Morgan Stanley for the last 13 years which is in 21231 - Harbor Point/Fells Point Neighborhood
*Was a lyft, uber and order up driver, focused in Baltimore City only
*VP of the Harlem Park neighborhood Council which connects me to the Department Of Housing and keeps me abreast of target areas for development in Baltimore City
*Toured 72 houses across 29 of Baltimore City's 45 Zip Codes when looking for my first rental property in 2021
*Own a rental in 21234 Parkville - which is right outside of 21212, 21239, 21214, 21236, 21206 and near 21218, 21251, 21211
*Run a Smoked Meats Catering Business where 48% of my client base receives deliveries in Baltimore City
*Currently lives in 21009 and passes through Baltimore City zip codes 21236, 21206, 21213, 21237, 21205, 21287, 21223, 21217 daily to get to my working space and Church
