I’ve spent years sitting with people — and with myself — at the point where easy answers stop working. Where attempts have been made, things haven’t gone to plan, and the question becomes less about fixing and more about living honestly with what’s real.
This community isn’t an extension of my counselling practice, and it isn’t therapy. It’s a reflective space shaped by lived experience, psychological insight, and a respect for personal responsibility.
