Hello from Montreal, QC 馃嚚馃嚘
I am the founder/ head coach/ registered kinesiologist of TriForce, a small non-profit gym and my long-standing part-time passion project that I run with my husband who is an athletic therapist. Right now we primarily serve the general population but want to transition into a space focused on underserved clinical populations and hopefully turn this into our full-time positions.
