Simple challenge. Show up, do the work and build consistency. Anyone can take part. There’s no set start date. You can start anytime. Your 4 weeks start from your first test. Click on the Gauntlet tab to see how it works. Drop your name and your starting time below. After you finish, post your final time so we can see your progress.
