Beyond the Version exists for people who are tired of becoming someone they don’t recognize anymore.
Not because they don’t understand their habits.
But because understanding wasn’t enough to stop them.
We don’t start with mindset here.
We start with the body.
When control is lost, movement is often the last thing that still listens.
This community is built around:
• Movement over escape
• Discipline over impulse
• Honesty over performance
I’m personally working toward a long-term goal: completing an Ironman.
Not as a flex, but as a symbol of consistency and refusing to let addiction decide who I become.
You don’t need to chase an Ironman.
You need a goal that forces structure, presence, and daily effort.
How to participate:
• Move first (any movement counts)
• Post after movement
• Be honest, even when it’s uncomfortable
• No judgment
• No fixing others unless asked
This is not therapy.
This is not motivation.
This is a place to show up, especially on hard days.
