Hello 👋, my name is kieran o brien I'm hoping this group will benefit the people that join and also me, everyday is a skool day. Life is not easy we all know that. So the purpose of this group is for people to share stuff they are struggling with or tools that have worked for them that makes life easier or more manageable. I will share my struggles and wins in a hope for people to gain some clarity on maybe tricky life situations.
