Hello, fellow intentional beings and thinkers! ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope you've all had some time to recharge and get ready for this new week with a clear mind โ€” or at least ready to cultivate more of both. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Itโ€™s time for our next ๐–๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ซ๐จ-๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ โ•This time.. Weโ€™re shifting our focus from ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฐ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ to ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ. Because in a world that constantly demands your attention, reclaiming even 10 minutes to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself is a simple yet super impactful habit..๐Ÿ’ญ โœจ ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž? โ†’ Spend 10 minutes each day this week with stillness in mindfulness & meditation.๐Ÿง˜ ๐Ÿ“Œ Each day, simply carve out 10 quiet minutes just for you. โžก๏ธ Begin by simply sitting down, closing your eyes, and taking a few gentle breaths โ€” enough to ground yourself in the present moment. From there, just be still. Let the noise settle. Let your thoughts rise and pass. โžก๏ธ You can simply stay with your breath and observe what surfaces, or choose to bring your attention to a specific prompt (which Iโ€™ll share each day). โžก๏ธ No journaling. No doing. No objective โ€“ Simply focus on ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ.. With your breath, your thoughts, and the moment. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ŒJust set the timer for 10 minutes, and give yourself the gift of presence. ๐ŸŒŸ โ•๐๐’โ• No matter your previous experience with meditation and mindfulness, I encourage you to engage with an open mind.. Itโ€™s not about doing it perfectly.. Hello again, beautiful minds! Hope you are all enjoying this week's Micro-Challenge โ€“ Itโ€™s certainly been fascinating to read your reflections throughout these first two days. Really appreciate how youโ€™ve all been showing up โ€“ both for the practice, but more importantly, for yourself.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ The busy workday got the best of me yesterday, and resulted in me taking my 10 minutes a bit later than usual โ€“ which in turn proved to me how even just a short pause in the middle of everything can shift the rest of the day โ€“ a break I definitely needed๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ With that said.. Excited for Day 3! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ“Your daily reminder to set aside your 10-minute space of stillness โ€“ whenever that is for you.. Carve it out, and make it yours intentionally.๐Ÿ™‚ Eyes closed. Breathing easy. No pressure, no goal โ€“ just presence. โ†’ Just immerse yourself in the moment and be present with yourself. โ†’ Open your mind and let the thoughts rise and pass, โ†’ Let your breath be your grounding, โ†’ And if it feels natural, turn your attention toward todayโ€™s promptโ€ฆ โฌ‡๏ธ ๐˜ž๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฅ โ€˜๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜จ๐˜ฉโ€™ ๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ? ๐Ÿ’ญ Try to feel it in your body. No need to analyze it or think why you thought how you did. Just be with it. Good evening beautiful people โ€“ we've arrived at the Friday, The weekend and Day 5๏ธโƒฃ of this Week's Micro-Challenge. ๐ŸŒŸ Hopefully by now you're starting to really feel the impact of rhythm of the daily pauses beginning to weave itself into your life in a beneficial way๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ Once again today, here's your daily reminder and prompt for today's Mindfulness and Meditation! ๐Ÿ“Claim your 10 minutes. Wherever you find that pocket for the gift of presence.. โ†’ Closing your eyes. Relaxing your body. Taking a deep breath. โ†’ Letting your body sink and your mind roam. โ†’ Simply be here, with nowhere else to go. Because maybe, if you stay with them long enoughโ€ฆ theyโ€™ll quiet down.๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Often its behind what we suppress and fight, that we find the clarity and peace we are looking for. Not by avoiding, but by accepting. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ“Œ As always โ€“ Iโ€™d love to hear how your session felt today. What surfaced? What softened? What stayed with you afterwards?
