Eight years ago I was 24. No money. No ability to borrow money. Nobody in my family was into real estate. I just had the itch for some freedom.
God led me to a group of guys who were actually doing real estate deals, not teaching it. They let me watch. They showed me everything. That's the only reason I'm here.
Now I buy houses. I'm building a 20-unit apartment complex. I've got three kids and a wife I'd rather be with than anywhere else, and the only reason I get to actually live that way is rooms like the one you're about to be in.
You'll see every deal — the address, what I paid, the loan, the rehab, what went wrong, what I made or lost when it's done. No filter. No highlight reel.
I'm not doing this to teach you. I'm doing this because somebody did it for me.
