Self-awareness is not self-condemnation. It means you are taking a self-check and becoming situationally aware of your body, mind, surroundings, and focus. Taking the time to become aware allows you to begin to visualize your identity in 'live action'. This means you can make real-time identity changes when you see things that are out of sync or misaligned. Where do you you FEEL awareness?
